This is a 2500 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath town home style villa with an elevator. Entering the front door you'll find an updated, compact kitchen to your left with all the basic necessities, and a stairway to the right. Going forward there's a lovely dining area leading to a beautifully light, bright living room with 30' ceilings overlooking a spacious back terrace with plenty of patio furniture, a gas BBQ, palm trees, the pond and the golf course beyond. To the right is the elevator, and beyond that, a cozy family room with a 60-inch screen TV, DVD player, stereo, library and gorgeous big windows with views of the pond. Up the stairs you'll find a dedicated laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink. Down the hall are two ensuite bedrooms, each with their own private outdoor space. One of the bedrooms is a dedicated office with a large, private terrace and separate stairway entrance. It features a spacious, glass, L-shaped desk system with an Aeron chair, a 28-inch Apple Cinema Display, an additional 47-inch TV screen with HDMI hook ups and a beautiful window overlooking the pond where exotic birds, turtles and iguanas appear daily. The other bedroom on this level features a queen bed and traditional wooden desk with a keyboard drawer and decorative parsons chair that's reasonably comfortable for work, with a 30-inch TV screen that can be used as a monitor. Upstairs on the third floor, there's a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, a 50-inch TV with a DVD player (not to mention a vast collection of movies to watch), another outdoor terrace and an additional guest suite with a queen bed and a small private balcony. The fourth and final floor features a sunny roof deck with table and chairs for relaxing with a cocktail at the end of a long day, where you can take in the Caribbean breezes, enjoy glorious sunsets and hear the ocean in the distance when the surf is up. There's also a small, edible plant garden in containers that you're welcome to graze from, but the deal is you have to water them while you're here. All rooms feature individual, remote-controlled air conditioning units for personal comfort. That said, electricity is ridiculously expensive here, so we ask that you conserve wherever possible. There's no need for heating, ever. Also, please note that we don't have TV cable service, only internet. However we do have Netflix which can be accessed on all devices. Please don't hesitate to contact us even if your place is smaller than ours. All we need is one desk with a chair, good climate control and fast, reliable internet in an interesting location.
