House is in a relaxed, recreational area away from the busyness of the city. It's near the Tüyap fair area, and is 48 kms away from Taksim square. It has a l lot of light, and a beautiful sea view from the kitchen, balcony and the living room. Living room is very cosy, comfy and homy. I usually work from the living room because of the warmth and the beauty of the space. But the small room inside has a PC desk which can be also used for work. There's a nice bedroom for 2 too.
