More photos to follow. The wifi in the apartment works fine for skype calls and with several devices. The speed can be upgraded easily if necessary. There are just a few plants that require a weekly watering. The neighborhood is lively. There is some street noise when the windows are open. There is an air conditioner in the living room and music room/office. There is an overhead fan in the bedroom which is usually sufficient even in the warmest weather. Public transportation is excellent with buses and the subway right downstairs. A car is not necessary.
