This is a sweet sweet place that is currently (2/'15) partially off grid in response to our drought situation. Basic gray water system is implemented with outdoor shower with hot water, and simple water catchment system for indoor kitchen and bathroom sinks. It's basically a super deluxe camping situation complete with king size bed. I have a sweet fully intact alpha male dog and a mostly outdoor female cat that are fed twice a day. Doggie loves to go for walks and cuddle. Various plants indoors and out may need some watering depending on weather. Prefer no alchohol, drugs, or pork on premises.
