You'll be renting a private queen-bed bedroom located in my 2 bedroom apt in a single-level quiet 5-plex building. Private entrance. Access to all common areas and fully furnished. Thanks for checking out my place. I have a private queen bedroom to share, located in my apartment is in a single-level building (no neighbors up or down) in our quiet 5-plex. The apartment has a private entrance. I have a clean and spacious queen bed bedroom to offer you plus access to all common areas of the apt. The bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet, nightstand, and is clean and bright. The bath has tub/shower and is shared. We've got fresh fluffy towels and great water pressure. Bedroom has a lot of natural light and beautiful wood blinds if you want to keep it out. You can also take full advantage of the common areas: kitchen, living room and dining area. When you enter this clean apartment you will immediately feel at home! It's cozy, not fancy, very homey. You will find a comfortable couch (not a futon), a recliner chair with heat and massage in the living room, a wood-burning fireplace, and wireless internet and flat screen tv with cable, Comcast OnDemand, and Netflix. And feel free to play a tune on my electronic keyboard if you feel inclined. The bathroom has a tub and shower. The small, but well equipped, kitchen is fully furnished with everything you may need to make your own meals if you choose (i.e. microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, blender, dishwasher, dishes, pots/pans, etc.) And a Keurig if you like a coffee in the morning or an assortment of hot tea too. Other amenities include a coin-op washer/dryer onsite and an outdoor patio table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the sun...when we have it here in PDX. :-) The room features: *Cleaned from top to bottom between every reservation, like a hotel. *QUEEN sized bed w/clean bedding, comforter, pillows, etc. *Soft bath towels *Armoire for your clothes and stuff *Closet space with hangers for use *Additional blankets & pillows available The apartment features: *Clean bathroom with lots of light *Great living space with 30” flat screen (w/Comcast cable, OnDemand, and Netflix) *Central heating *Reliable high-speed internet access (WiFi) *Plenty of free street parking! *Smoke-free building and grounds. Why You'd Love This Home/Office

It's quiet with little foot or vehicle traffic (it's at the end of a dead end street)

It's conveniently located to a major highway, the bus and light rail train, with a grocery store within 3 blocks.

It's got lots of windows in the living and dining area so you can get natural light...a hard thing to find in Portland in the winter time.
